The Town of Watson has health services readily accessible to our residents. In Watson, we have a clinic with doctor offices, lab services, x-ray as well as a dispatch site for Duck Mountain Ambulance.  45 km away is the Humboldt District Health Complex,  the complex offers expanded ambulatory care, emergency and diagnostic space, and delivers a wide array of integrated health services at one location.

Duck Mountain Ambulance Care founded in the year 1990 and providing professional emergency medical response ever since! Duck Mountain Ambulance calls home the local community of Kamsack, Saskatchewan with facilities including a 4 bay garage, living quarters, fitness area, training centre, modern communications and administration offices.

More recently Duck Mountain Ambulance care has included satellite stations in the communities of Norquay and Watson Saskatchewan providing emergency services to the surrounding areas of these communities.
